What is private money lending?

What are the advantages of private money lending?

Faster funding approvals, less stringent qualification criteria compared to traditional banks, increased flexibility in loan terms, and the potential for higher returns for lenders.

What is the interest rate? Are you competitive?

Our rates are very competitive. Rates are determined by several factors but, these are simple interest loans and there is no prepayment penalty. You only pay interest for the length of time you use before exiting the deal. For example: If you exit the deal at 3 months, you only pay 3 months of interest. WE WILL BEAT ANY DEAL.

Will you loan to an individual?

We only loan to entities , such as an LLC. We can guide you through the process.
